7. Governing Law and DIA Regulations
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Banana Bounce Play operates purely as an entertainment service and does not offer remote interactive gambling as defined by the Gambling Act 2003, and thus falls outside Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) real-money gambling licensing.
